Introduction

This recipe yields quite a bit of smoothie... but after a good workout it hits the spot! It can be stretched to two servings, if you want to share! I also do not add any additional sweeteners. Ingredients

    5 fresh strawberries, hulled
    1 medium banana
    1 cup of Soy Vanilla Light soy milk (or any other light milk)
    5 ices cubes (or you can use frozen fruit and skip the ice!)

Directions

Throw it all in your blender... and blend until smooth!

Serving Size: makes 1 big, yummy smoothie!
