Introduction

I always say I make enough for 10 servings but it depends on who is eating it and how much they think is a serving. I do 1 cup=1 Serving. I also top it off with raw onion pieces, a teaspoon of sour cream, and a pinch of taco blend shredded cheese. Ingredients

    1 lb 80/20 hamburger (or your favorite)
    1 yellow onion
    2 large cans of tomato juice
    1 can of favorite beans (I use dark red kidney)
    2-4 tbsp of chili powder
    1 package whole wheat spaghetti noodles

Directions

Brown meat and onions. Cook spaghetti noodles until done. Add chili powder to meat. Combine remaining ingredients and meat mixture to noodles. Serve.
