    kidney beans 0.5 cup
    vital wheat gluten 1 cup
    nutritional yeast flakes 2 tbsp
    water 0.5 cup
    spices to taste

Directions

mince beans medium fine, add vital wheat gluten, water and yeast flakes and spices to taste.
knead, shape and fry in skillet.
burgers/ steaks take slightly longer than small balls, bigger balls much longer.

Serving Size: makes 5 burgers or steaks, and many more balls
