Ingredients

    Turkey sausage, eggs, chives, mushrooms, eggs, cheese, fat free milk, salt, and pepper.

Directions

Pre- heat oven to 350.
Crack 4 large eggs separating the whites, discard yolks. In a bowel add egg whites, 5 large whole eggs and whisk together. Add Skim Milk and whisk. Chop chives, and add to mixture. Saute mushrooms till extra moisture is gone (about 4 minutes) set aside. Add salt, pepper, most of the sausage and cheese to mixture, add mushrooms once somewhat cool. Whisk all together.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle remaining sausage and cheese on top.
Bake for approximately 42-45 minutes until eggs are set and knife inserted comes out clear.
