Introduction

Ingredients

    0.50 tsp Cumin seed
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.25 cup Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 serving Bell Pepper, Green, 1 large
    16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef with garlic, celery and green pepper.
Drain excess fat.
Add cumin and water and bring to a boil.
Add frozen veggies, return to boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until veggies are cooked as desired.
Add worcestershire sauce and salt/pepper to taste.
Can thicken sauce a bit if desired with cornstarch or kudzu.
Serve over warm pasta or egg noodles.
