Introduction

Ingredients

1 kg turkey mince
1 medium-sized brown onion
1.5 medium-sized carrots
1.5 celery stalks
0.5 leek
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium-sized head of cauliflower
Directions
Pour oil into pan.
Add onion and leek to cook for 3 minutes.
Add carrot and celery to cook for 3 minutes.
Add turkey and cook until almost cooked through.
Add pie mix (follow instruction of packet), I add the packet mix then 1 cup of water.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut cualiflower into florets and boil until soft.
Either mash or puree cauliflower (I like to puree mine with a ba-mix).
Pour turkey mix into casserole dish. Spoon cauliflower mix on top and cook for approx 25-30 mins.
