Ingredients

    2 - 3 pounds Turkey meat
    1 Tblsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    2 cans great northern beans drained
    1 (29 oz can) whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
    1 Tbls chicken bouillon
    1 tsp thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp oregano leaves
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper, black

Directions

Used leftover turkey cook with onions and carrots in olive oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, Cook over low to medium heat for about 1 hour and 15 mins.
