Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 cups All Bran Cereal
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup of canola oil
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda & salt. (set aside) In another bowl stir together Bran and Milk and let stand for five minutes. Add egg and oil and then flour mixture and raisins beating until well blended. Put batter in paper muffin cups in muffin tin. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. No need to grease the pan as the muffin liners will keep them from sticking and they will be easy enough to peel off once the muffins are cool.
