1/4 cup orange juice (100%)
1/4 cup water
1/2 scoop whey vanilla protein
2 tsp. ground flax seed
5- strawberries
1/3 c. frozen blueberries
juice of 1 lime
1/2 or 1 cup crushed ice (depending how creamy you want it.
Directions
Mix all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
