Ingredients

    16 oz sour cream
    4 tbsp splenda
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    8 oz crushed pineapple (including the juice in can)
    0.5 cups pecans
    1 large banana
    0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Mash banana and chop pecans. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and put into 12 paper cupcake cups. Freeze and serve.
