Ingredients

    12 skinless bone-in chicken thighs
    1 tblspn vegetable oil
    1lb baby Yukon Gold potatoes
    2 medium onions, cut into wedges
    4 minced garlic cloves
    1/4cup honey
    2tblspn fresh lemon juice
    2 tblespn cornstarch
    1tblspn chopped fresh rosemary
    1tspn salt
    1/4tspn freshly ground pepper

Directions

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and brown in skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning once.

Place the potatoes, onion and garlic in slow cooker, and top with chicken.

Combine honey, juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.

Cover and cook 8hours on low, or 4 hours on high. Garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired.
