Ingredients

    2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    3 Eggs (Hard Boiled)
    2 TBSP Light Mayo
    1.5 TBSP Mustard (Yellow, Brown, or Dijon)
    1 Dill Pickle (Diced)
    1/2 Onion (Diced)

Directions

Boil Chicken Breast
Boil Eggs
Process or chop chicken breasts
Dice eggs
Dice pickels & onion
Mix all ingreadients together with light mayo and mustard.

Enjoy over bed of lettuce & tomato or on 100% Whole Wheat or Rye bread as a sandwich.
