    2 green plantains
    1 envelope of chicken broth
    1 tbsp onion
    1 tbsp garlic
    2 pork chops roasted



Directions

put plantain in hot water until boiled, add chicken broth to the water. Mashed the plantain and put onion, garlic and 3 tablespoon of the water until be soft.
Served with pork chop roasted
