Ingredients

    Believe me , this is a low calorie, low fat meal that yields a lot of food for a serving. If prepared properly, this can taste as good as any Chinese kitchen's fried rice or vegetable chow mein.

Directions

* YOU NEED ONE LARGE NON STICK SKILLET PAN
* ONE MEDIUM SIZE POT
* ONE SMALL FRYING PAN-NON STICK
* VEGETABLE OR PAM SPRAY LARGE SKILLET PAN
* ADD 30 SMALL SHRIMP TO PAN
* STIR AND COOK UNDER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 1 MINUTE
* ADD CHINESE VEGETABLES TO PAN AND MIX WITH THE SHRIMP
* ADD TABLESPOON OF GARLIC
* ADD A CUP OF GREEN ONIONS TO THE MIX CHOPPED
* ADD 1 SMALL CAN OF MUSHROOMS
* WHILE THE SHRIMP IS COOKING, BOIL A POT OF WATER.
* ADD ONE CUP RAW WHITE OR BROWN RICE AND COOK
* TAKE SMALL TRYING PAN, SPRAY VEGETABLE OR SPAM AND COAT THE PAN, AND ADD 1 SERVING OF EGG BEATERS SUBSTITUTE
* COOK AND SCRAMBLE IN PAN, AND SET ASIDE.
*DRAIN YOUR RICE, AND INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR LARGE SHRIMP AND VEGETABLE PAN UNDER LOW HEAT
*MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS, AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
*TAKE YOUR SCRABBLED EGG THAT YOU SET ASIDE, AND ADD THAT TO THE LARGE SKILLET PAN AND MIX
