Tesco extra lean mince meat - 270 gram(s)
Fresh Egg Lasagne Sheets - 8 sheets
Onion - 1
Garlic - 1 Clove
Cheddar Cheese - 250 gram(s)
Tesco Slightly salted butter - 100 gram(s)
Plain Flour Tesco - 100 gram(s)
Tesco Tomato Sauce with Garlic and Herbs (500g = 1 packet) - 1000 gram(s)
Milk, 2% - 3 cup
Directions
Prep:
- Get both onion and clove of garlic and chop medium-fine
- Grate cheese
Mince Meat:
1) Put mince meat in a pot to brown and sweat out the fat
2) Drain the fat out of the mince meat once all brown
3) Add onions and garlic to cook off for about 5-10 minutes
4) Then add the tomato sauce and rinse the packet or bottle with a little bit of water and add to meat
3) Leave to boil for 5 minutes
Cheese Sauce:
1) Let the butter melt completely in the pan
2) Add the flour and cook off
3) Slowly add the milk and stir bit by bit until thick
4) When thick, add the cheese slowly, allowing the cheese to melt and then leave it alone and turn off the heat
Then layer and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 generous servings or 8-10 medium to small servings
