Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14 oz can Kroger Stir-Fry
    1/2 lb shrimp (cooked and peeled, tail off)
    1 6 oz bag Private Selection Fancy Snow Peas
    1 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Dash of onion powder
    Non-fat cooking spray

Directions

Spray skillet and heat to med-high. Add garlic then shrimp. Cook shrimp for a few minutes (until they have a slight golden tinge). Add all other ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, until liquid is almost gone. Serve over whole grain rice.
