Tried to imitate a salad from work the other day. Drain and rinse the cans of beans (2 each black and chick pea) dice cucumber and tomatoes. Use pickled jalapeņos. Better the next day. Ingredients

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed (15.5 oz)
2 cans chick peas/garbonzo beans, drained and rinsed (15.5 oz)
1 can yellow sweet corn (11 oz)
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
5 ripe tomoatoes, diced
1/4-1/2 cup sliced, pickled jalapeņos
2 Tbsp vinagrette dressing
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, chill in refrigerator till ready to serve. Fine right away, better the next day.
