    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia)
    Plums, 1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) )
    Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 4 small (5-1/2" long)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    ice cubes


Process all ingredients through juicer except banana... move juice to blender add 4 ice cubes and banana and flax....then pour and drink

Serving Size: makes 1 12 oz glass
