    * Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup, 1.25 cup (1 can)
    * Stop & Shop Fat Free Sour Cream, 10 tbsp (5 liquid oz)
    * Water, tap, 5 tbsp
    * Stop & Shop Whole Wheat Flour, 5 tsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Ground Beef (lean), 0.5lb


1. Cook noodles as directed.
2. Saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic in pan.
3. Mix together water, flour, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Add to pan. Cook together until hot and bubbly.
4. Serve over noodles.
