Introduction
I have to take this to all family holiday gatherings! I have to take this to all family holiday gatherings!Number of Servings: 15
Ingredients

7 large sweet potatoes, cooked until tender and mashed
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup finely chopped pecans, (optional)
2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
Peel & cut up sweet potatoes into circles, cook in large pot of water until tender, drain, then mash. Add to this sugars, butter, eggs, spices, milk & nuts. Bake in a large greased casserole for 30 mins. at 350 degrees. Add marshmallows on top and broil until browned & crispy.
