Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/2 cup of green chilis
    1 cup of fat free sour cream
    1 cup of salsa
    1 can of black beans
    2 cups of reduced fat fiesta blend cheese
    12 6-inch corn tortillas

Directions

1) Brown beef in a skillet
2) Mix everything in a bowl except for the tortillas and cheese.
3) In a casserole dish, tear the tortillas into strips and layer them with the beef mixture.
4) Cover the top with the cheese.
4) Cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
