Ingredients

    1 ½ cups brown rice flour
    ½ cup corn starch
    4 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp baking soda
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp salt
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg

Directions

Combine dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
Stir wet ingredients into dry and blend well.
Cook in hot fry-pan until lightly browned. Serve hot.
