Ingredients

    1 c salsa
    2 bell peppers
    1 can crabmeat or tuna*, drained
    1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    1 c cooked brown rice

Directions

Mix ingredients and stuff into hollowed out peppers. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 35-45 min.
