Introduction

Ingredients

    2 medium carrots
    2 meduim stalks of celery
    1 green apple (Granny Smith is good)
    handful of fresh parsley
    2 - 3 kale leaves
    1/2" ginger root

Directions

Wash and chop all ingredients into hopper-size pieces. Discard apple seeds.
Turn juicer to High. Use hopper pusher to feed pieces. Stir and pour into chilled glass. Serve immediately.
