    10 oz ground turkey breast
    1 med onion
    3 cloves finely minced garlic
    1/2 red bell pepper diced
    1 large carrot diced
1/2 cup chopped green beans (optional)
    1 tsp hot sauce
1 can low sodium black beans, rinsed
    1 can of tomatoes diced
1 ear fresh sweet corn, cooked, removed from cob
    3-4 cups water
    2-3 tsp chicken base
    1/2 tsp dill
    1/2 tsp pepper flake blend
    2tsp taco seasoning
    1 tsp smoked paprika
Chilli powder garlic and black pepper to taste

Directions

Over medium heat brown turkey and sauté onions, carrots, bell peppers, and garlic until onions become translucent and turkey is cooked through. Add spices and remaining veggies and combine cooking about 2 minutes. Add in beans, tomatoes and water allowing mixture to come to a light simmer. Stir in chicken base and hot sauce to taste. Simmer about 20 minutes more allowing soup to thicken slightly and flavors to combine. Veggies should all be cooked through and soft.
