Ingredients

    2 (340g) veggie ground round
    1 jar (650ml) mild salsa sauce
    1 can (796ml) diced tomatoes
    1 can (540ml) blackeye beans (drain and rinse)
    1 medium cooking onion (chopped)
    1 bell green pepper (chopped fine)
    3 garlic cloves (chopped fine)

Directions

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hrs.
