    11 oz chopped imitation crab meat
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup (thawed) frozen peas
    2 oz. mozzarella shredded cheese
    6 tbsp fat free sour cream
    6 tbsp softened fat free cream cheese
    1 tbsp capers
    salt & pepper to taste
    Healthy high fiber low carb tortillas


Mix crab meat, onion, peas, and cheese in a bowl. Add sour cream and softened cream cheese and mix well. Add salt & pepper to your taste. Put 1/5 mixture into a tortilla, wrap it up and enjoy a tasty healthy lunch!
