Ingredients

    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup
    * *Potato, raw, 8 medium peeled
    * Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    * *Margarine, soft, 2 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Deer Meat, 1 lb ground
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    * *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 tbsp
    * Red Wine, 8 fl oz
    # Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    # *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp

Directions

1 prepare the beef broth with bouillon (set aside)
2 boil peeled and quartered potatoes until soft, drain, and mash with the margarine and milk.
3 dice onion and saute with olive oil.
add ground meat to brown with the caramelized onion.
4 Add frozen veggies mix and warm through about 1-2 minutes.
5 add flour and mix maybe 2 minutes
6 add wine, ketchup, worstershire, and broth. Let simmer maybe 5 minutes until gravy thickens.
7 spray 9x13 and add meat mix to bottom.
8 Pipe or spread mashed potato on top evenly.
9 bake 400F for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
