Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    *onion - sauteed, .25 cup
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    American Cheese, 1 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 oz
    *La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 1 serving

Directions

Saute veges in skillet (heat on medium) with smartbeat or the like then put into bowl. Then warm the tortilla in the skillet and after a minute place the veges and cheeses in the middle. Fold over the totilla and press to spread cheese and veges. Turn after 90 seconds and when golden remove from flame and slice.
