Introduction
This is probably the best veggie burger I've ever attempted to make! This is probably the best veggie burger I've ever attempted to make!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

1 cup zucchini, grated
3/4 medium potato, grated (i like red)
1/2 cup carrots, grated
3 tablespoons onion, grated
1 large egg white
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
two orowheat sandwich thins (one for each patty)
spinach and tomato for your sandwich
1 tablespoon vegan ranch (not included in nutrition but REALLY GOOD)
Directions
mix all together, pour half the batter onto the pan and fry until brown and crispy on both sides.
put the patty in a 100 calorie orowheat sandwich thins bun with a little bit of vegan ranch, a spinach leaf, and a couple slices of tomato.
this makes about two servings (two patties) (thus halving the batter in the earlier step)
VOILA! you won’t know what hit you. SO TASTY and filling!
