Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 7 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    Blueberries, fresh, 30 berries
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Directions

Yes real fruit smoothie with ONLY water no juice no milk or yogurt. I have PCOS so I can't have anything that will add to the carbs and sugar that fruits already have.

I put 2 bananas, 30 blueberries and about 7-8 strawberries. I added HALF of a bottle of water of Aquafina 16.9 oz of water. The more water you add the more watered down it tastes so only start with a little bit of water. then increase as you taste it. placed them all in a blender and blended it for a good 3-4 min. As you will see pieces of the blueberries will not be blended so you'll have some "pulp" this is normal and those that drink regular blueberry smoothies know. Enjoy! It's super healthy and superfood!!!

YOU DON'T NEED TO ADD SUGAR, THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH SUGAR IN THE FRUITS!

Serving Size: makes 2 bottles of aquafina 16.9 oz or 4- 8oz cups.
