Ingredients

    1cup frozen whole cranberries
    2 small apples quartered and cored
    1/2cup pomegranate juice
    1tbsp flax seed meal
    1tbsp honey (optional)

Directions

toss in blender until smooth!
serves 1
if you like it less sweet then you don't have to add the honey but the nutritional value includes it.
