Ingredients

2.78 Lbs of Blade Roast, Beef
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium white onion
4-5 Red Potatoes (small to medium size)
3-4 Carrots (medium to large size)
Swansons 99% Fat Free beef broth
Directions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Sear beef in pan two minutes all sides. Cut onions and potatoes into 1" slices, chop garlic into medium pieces and slice carrots down the length. Pour 16oz of Swansons 99% fat free beef broth into crockpot set to high. Place all veggies in crockpot and put beef on top. Cook on high for 1-2 hours per pound or until reaches 160 degrees internally.
