Introduction

Tasty little salad that goes well with everything. Also good on its own. Tasty little salad that goes well with everything. Also good on its own.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    380 grams of canned Black Beans
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 cup of Rucola salad
    125 grams of Mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
    1 tbsp shallots (chopped)

Directions

Chop shallots, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
Rinse black beans.
Mix everything in big bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
