    3 cups Baby Spinach
    2 slices of Red Onion
    1 oz (approx 1/4 cup) Goat Cheese
    1 cup Mandarin Oranges (no sugar added)
    1 oz Walnuts (approx 14 halves)
    2 tbsp Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette


Directions

Top baby spinach with red onions, goat cheese, mandarin oranges and walnuts. Drizzle 2 tbsp Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette over the entire salad.
