    Beets 5 medium
    Potatoes 12 large
    unsalted butter .5 cup
    Milk

Directions

You may use 2 packages of prepared cold slaw Or shred 2 heads of cabbage.Add 12 cups of water
Cook 6 potatoes and Mash using unsalted butter & milk
Grate the remaining potatoes and add to soup
