Ingredients

    The ingredients are variable depending upon how dry your flour is. You may need to add more up to 1/8 to 1/4 cup more milk to a couple tablespoons more flour.

    3 Tbsp unsalted butter

    1/2 tsp basil

    1/2 tsp oregano

    1/2 tsp rosemary

    1 1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 cup raw onions

    4 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

    3 cups enriched white wheat flour

    2 tsp active dry yeast

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Silk Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk


Directions

Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer, using least amount of liquid listed in the recipe. Select medium crust setting and press start.

Observe the dough as it kneads. After 5 to 10 minutes if it appears dry and stiff, or if your machines sounds as if it's straining to knead it, add more liquid 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms a smooth, soft, pliable ball that is slight tacky to the touch. Bake on normal setting.

After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
