    2 tsp L&P Worcestershire Sauce
2 med onions peeled and finely chopped

    2 tbsp Ground Oregano
    1 tsp Black pepper
1 large pkg lean ground beef (about 1kg)

Chop all vegetables to desired size. Brown the beef and onions in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Once browned (about 10 mins) add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 10 mins or so to sweat down the vegetables. Add the canned goods and spices and simmer on med/low heat for another 10 mins.
