Ingredients

    3 cups white flour
    1 cup water
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp ascorbic acid
    1 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten (it didn't list the right amount for me to enter it in the nutritional information.)
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 tsp dry yeast

Directions

Add all ingredients except yeast and flour. Add flour, then yeast on top.

Follow directions as per your bread machine. Adjust flour and water, to the dryness of your flour. Adjust other ingredients according to your taste. Cooking time is based on my machine.
