Introduction

An interesting alternative to American style pancakes- great with powdered sugar, or just some butter spray. An interesting alternative to American style pancakes- great with powdered sugar, or just some butter spray.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 Cups Flour
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
    2 Eggs
    2 Cups Milk

Directions

1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs into milk.
3. Add liquid ingredients into dry and whisk until combined, and no lumps remain.
4. Heat frying pan with cooking spray.
5. Add 1/4 cup batter to pan, tilt to cover pan. Cook until top is just dry, flip gently with a spatula and cook 30 seconds more.
6. Repeat until all batter in gone, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Yeild appox. 12 pancakes
