Ingredients

    7 slices white bread
    5 large eggs
    3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Beat eggs and vanilla extract together in a wide, shallow bowl. Heat nonstick frying pan on medium-low. While pan is heating, dip each side of bread into egg mixture, and place on a plate. Cook the bread in frying pan a few minutes each side, to desired color. Makes 7 slices French toast (1 slice = 1 serving).
