Introduction

Simple blueberry & rhubarb pie. Can use any kind of berries instead of blueberry. Can use all berries and no rhubarb, as long as you have a total of 4 cups of fruit. Ingredients

    1 c. Sugar
    2 c. Rhubarb, diced or chopped
    2 c. Blueberries
    1/3 c. Flour
    1-1/2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 9-inch pie crust of your choice (frozen or ready-to-eat or homemade all work great)

Directions

Cook (on stove top) rhubarb, berries, and sugar until fruit is soft. Add flour. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 425-degrees for 15 minutes, then back at 350-degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one 9" pie. One serving = 1/8th of pie.
