Ingredients

    2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cr of Mush Soup
    2 cans water
    1 can Worthington FriChik. Low Fat, diced
    1 envelope Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 1/2 c TVP

Directions

Combine soup, water & onion soup mix. Mix well. Add TVP and frichik. Mix well. Cover and bake for 45 min, then stir. Recover and bake for additional 45 minutes.
