Introduction

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
3 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Directions
1. In small saucepan, heat oil; cook onion until softened but not browned,
2. Stir in brown sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar has dissolved.
3. remove from heat and stir in ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, chili powder and cayenne.
4. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold chicken pieces in a single layer.
5. Pour sauch over chicken and bake, uncovered in a 350 degree F oven, basting ocassionally.
6. After 30 minutes, turn chicken pieces over and continue to baste occasionally. bake for 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender when pierced with fork.
