Ingredients

    1 Large Cucumber Peeled and Sliced Paper Thin
    1 Large Raw Onion, Sliced Paper Thin
    4 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
    4 Packets of Splenda Sweetener

Directions

Peel and slice cucumbers and onions paper thin and put in a bowl. Add white wine vinegar and Splenda. Refrigerate for several hours.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/3 cup servings
