Ingredients

    1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
    1 tsp dry dill weed
    1 tbsp minced shallots
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp whole grain mustard
    1/4 tsp Salt Sense
    1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions

1. Steam sprouts till tender 6-8 minutes using steamer over 1 inch of boiling water.

2. Whisk dill, shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

3. Add cooked sprouts and toss to coat.

    This was really good! I added a little extra lemon juice and mustard, just because I like the extra tang. - 9/7/13
