Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups Barilla Plus Rotini (6 oz. uncooked)
    boiling water

    1.25 lb 93% lean ground beef
    2 cups Kraft Free shredded cheddar
    1 10 oz can 98% Fat Free mushroom soup
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 tomato, chopped coarsely
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    sprinkle of salt and pepper
    1 tsp basil

Directions

1. In large saucepan boil water, then cook rotini in boiling water for 13 minutes. Drain.
2. In large frying pan, fry ground beef til almost brown.
3. Add onions, green pepper, carrot, and continue to cook until soft.
4. Add can of soup and stir until combined and warm through.
5. Add chopped tomato and take off heat.
6. Add cheese and stir to combine.
Turn out into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbling.
