Ingredients

    1/2 onion
    1 tomato
    1 can of tuna in water
    1/3 cup of lemon juice
    parsley ( amount needed)
    salt
    Pepper
    10 crackers ( wheat )
    OPTIONAL: sour cream ( not counted in recipe)

Directions

Drain the tuna and add it in a bowl
Chop the onion and tomatoe and also add it in the bowl
Add the lemon juice
Add parsley salt and peper
Add the Tuna on top of crackers and enjoy!
you can also eat it with whole wheat bread like a sandwhich!
