Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Chili Powder
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 cup Water
    2 15oz cans Hunts Tomato Sauce
    2 lbs Ground Beef
    2 tsp Salt
    1.5 cups Chopped onion
    1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
    1 14oz small red beans

Directions

Cook meat until brown. Sprinkle with Chili powder, salt, sugar. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until veggies are soft. Add tomato sauce, water, and a clove of garlic. Simmer covered for 1.5 hours. Add beans and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
