Ingredients

    Mix 1 can sweet yellow corn (drained)
    Mix 1/2 can reduced sodium black beans (drained & rinsed)
    Dice 1/4 cup red, white & yellow onions & add
    Add 1/4 cup fresh mango
    Add 2 mint leaves
    Add 1 jalapeno (seeds removed)
    Add 1 roasted green chile (skinned & veined)


Directions

mix all ingredients. Chill.
Enjoy with Pita chips
